Walk and talk sessions will provide you with all the space you need for us to delve into what is not working in your life. I utilise many different coaching and mindfulness tools to enable you to gain clarity, perspective and ultimately live a happy life on your terms.
Talk through your challenges from the comfort of your own home.
International clients and those who wish to chat in a safe environment about their challenges and/or to set future goals.
These sessions draw on coaching and mindfulness tools to enable you to move ahead with renewed clarity and perspective.
